What is included

The deepest read, in a single day.

Executive is the tier the consultants reach for when a single morning will not do — a complicated history, a strong family cardiac history, or a year that needs the deepest read available in one visit. Everything in Comprehensive sits inside it; the additions are the scans most clinics ask you to come back for.

Low-dose cardiac CT delivers a coronary calcium score — the single most predictive scan for future cardiac events. Multi-parametric prostate MRI is the imaging NICE recommends before any biopsy. The tailored specialist consult brings a named consultant into the same day, so the conversation that usually waits six weeks happens before you leave.

Twelve months of concierge follow-up sit on top — a direct line to your consultant for the year that follows. The new medication, the second opinion, the question that arrives a fortnight later, all met by the same team that read your scans.

Who books this

Who Executive is for.

  • Strong cardiac history

A parent or sibling with early coronary disease — you want a calcium score in the same visit, not a referral six weeks out.

  • Prostate concerns

Rising PSA, a family history, or simply the age at which a multi-parametric prostate MRI is the standard of care.

  • Complicated history

Previous cancer, autoimmune disease, or a long medication list. You need a single team that can read it all together.

  • A named consultant

You want time with a named specialist in your area of concern — not a generic results call.

  • A year of follow-through

A direct line to your consultant for the twelve months after the visit, for the questions that arrive a fortnight later.

  • Founders and operators

You run something that depends on you turning up. Executive is the deepest read available in a single day, no return visits required.

What is inside the day

Six measurements, a named specialist, a year of access.

The deepest single-day read available — whole-body MRI, cardiac CT, prostate MRI, advanced bloods, a tailored specialist consult and a concierge year.

Low-dose cardiac CT

Coronary calcium score and structural cardiac CT — the single most predictive scan for future coronary events, performed at the lowest dose available.

Prostate / pelvic MRI

Multi-parametric prostate or pelvic MRI on the 3T Philips, read by a consultant uro-radiologist — the imaging NICE recommends before any biopsy.

Whole-body MRI (3T Philips)

Brain, spine, thorax, abdomen, pelvis and major vessels in one continuous, radiation-free scan — everything Comprehensive includes, as the foundation read.

Advanced bloods (140+)

Hormone, tumour, micronutrient and advanced cardiac markers on top of the foundation panel — the read most NHS GPs cannot order.

Tailored specialist consult

Time with a named consultant in your area of concern — cardiology, urology, gastroenterology or endocrinology — scheduled into the same day.

Concierge follow-up (12 mo)

A direct line to your consultant for the year that follows — for the new medication, the second opinion, the question that arrives a fortnight later.

A calm Harley Street consulting room set up for an Executive full-day assessment.
On the day

A full day, start to finish.

About seven hours, door to door
  1. Arrival

A host meets you at the door, walks you upstairs, and the day begins on time. No reception queue, no check-in kiosk.

  2. Prep

Change in a private room, bloods drawn first, and a nurse runs through the imaging schedule for the day. Order matters when scans stack up.

  3. Assessment

Whole-body MRI in the morning, then cardiac CT, then the prostate or pelvic MRI — with FibroScan, ECG and body composition in between. A doctor-designed lunch sits in the middle.

  4. Consultant review

The afternoon is your lead consultant and the tailored specialist, talking through the initial read in person. The written report follows within five working days.

Side-by-side

How Executive sits next to the other tiers.

Essential is the floor — bloods, electrics, body, GP review. Comprehensive adds whole-body MRI, FibroScan and advanced bloods. Executive adds low-dose cardiac CT, prostate or pelvic MRI, a tailored specialist consult and twelve months of concierge follow-up. The compare table lays them out in one view.

Questions

Before you book Executive.

Cannot find what you need? Email hello@check-point.health and a real person will reply the same day.

Do I really need a cardiac CT?

If you have a family history of early coronary disease, raised lipids, or symptoms that have been put down to age, the calcium score is the single most predictive scan available. It uses very low radiation, takes about ten minutes, and gives a number that maps directly to your ten-year cardiac risk. For anyone over 45 with a flag in their history, the answer is usually yes.

Is the prostate MRI really necessary at my age?

Multi-parametric prostate MRI is now the imaging NICE recommends before any prostate biopsy. From 45 onwards, or earlier with a family history, it is the most useful single scan for prostate health — far more sensitive than a PSA blood test on its own. Executive includes it as standard so you do not need to come back for a second visit.

How is the day actually structured?

Imaging in the morning — whole-body MRI, then cardiac CT, then prostate or pelvic MRI — bloods drawn between scans. A doctor-designed lunch sits in the middle. The afternoon is the consultant review and your tailored specialist consult, with the initial read talked through in person before you leave.

Who is the specialist consult with?

A named consultant in your area of concern — cardiology, urology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, neurology, or another specialty. You tell us where the questions sit when you book; we schedule the right person into the same day so you do not need to come back for a separate appointment.

What does the concierge follow-up actually cover?

A direct line to your lead consultant for twelve months — not a generic call centre. The new medication, the second opinion on an unrelated diagnosis, the result from another clinician you want a real read on. Booked-in catch-up calls included; onward investigations quoted transparently.

Could I just book Comprehensive and add the bits I want?

Yes — if you only need one or two of the Executive items, that is often the cleaner build. Executive becomes the right tier once you want cardiac CT, prostate MRI, a tailored specialist consult and the concierge year together. A consultant will steer you when you enquire.
